Jessica Richland
With a robust background in healthcare and a passion for aesthetics, Jessica Richland is a driving force in the cosmetic industry. Her career began in 2007 as a respiratory therapist, where she dedicated herself to enhancing patient outcomes and promoting wellness at UC Irvine Medical Center (UCI). Jessica earned her undergraduate degree in Healthcare Administration from Loma Linda University (LLU).
In 2021, Jessica’s life journey took a thrilling turn with her wedding, followed by the joyous arrival of her son in 2023. These significant milestones inspired a bold career shift.

Dr. Ruben Castro
Associate Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Castro is an exceptionally skilled plastic surgeon specializing in aesthetic surgery of the face, breast, and body. As a recognized Center of Excellence, our facility is a destination for the nation’s top surgical talent, and Dr. Castro was hand-selected by Dr. Richland to join our team, reflecting the highest confidence in his training and ability. He is currently completing one of the most elite aesthetic surgery fellowships in the country, collaborating with our surgeons to stay at the forefront of aesthetic and reconstructive technique. Patients appreciate his meticulous eye for detail and his ability to blend clinical precision with a warm, empathetic bedside manner.

Before medicine, he served nine years in the U.S. Navy, including a combat deployment to Iraq as a Fleet Marine Force Corpsman. He was promoted five times and after completing his tour, voluntarily was honorably discharged to further his medical career. He earned his undergraduate degree magna cum laude from UC San Diego (Phi Beta Kappa), his MD from UCLA, completed a six-year plastic surgery residency at UC Irvine and a one-year Plastic Surgery Cosmetic Fellowship.
He is a published researcher and a native Spanish speaker.
Nghiem Bui
Regional Operations Manager
Nghiem is the regional operations manager for Dr. Brandon Richland and a proud graduate of UCLA. With a background in health administration and experience working in multi-specialty practices, including orthopedics, neurosurgery, pain management, and neurology, he brings a wealth of knowledge and has found the perfect way to blend a love for the sciences with a career dedicated to enhancing healthcare operations.
Now fully immersed in the world of plastic surgery and aesthetics, Nghiem is excited to apply this diverse background to help our practice thrive.
